​Preparation:​

  • Initial Meeting with stake holders (Finance, Technical, Sales, Operations)

  • Gathering of relevant project info. We might need:

    • Annual spend by supplier

    • Copy of supplier's invoices and contracts

    • SKU list showing stocks and sales

  • Submission of proposal and targets​

Implementation:

  • Email address from customer's domain and other resources

  • On going meetings with stake holders

  • Meeting with suppliers

  • Tender management

  • Renegotiate existent contracts

  • Submission of "work in progress" reports

Conclusion:​

  • Submission of final report

  • Agreement on project's success
